  • zima na pokojích i v restauraci, spali jsme ve svetrech a šálách, personál odmítl situaci řešit, nedostali jsme ani druhou deku. Za celé tři dny nidko neuklidil ani nevyměnil ručníky. Nefungoval zámek na dveřích.
